Week 2 – Breathing & Grounding with Qur’anic Reflection

Week 3 – Mindful Salah & Daily Presence

Week 4 – Managing Stress & Anxiety with Qur’an-Centered Practices
• Activities: Stress-release routines combining dhikr, dua, and journaling; practicing sabr and tawakkul
