• Activities: Designing personal self-care routines inspired by Sunnah, journaling, mindfulness

Week 6 – Productivity & Barakah Routines for Muslimah Lifestyle
• Activities: Creating barakah-infused daily routines, habit trackers, time-blocking

Week 7 – Emotional Resilience: Sabr, Tawakkul & Letting Go
• Activities: Reflection exercises, guided journaling, faith-based coping strategies
