Mode: Online personalized guidance + practical exercises + reflection activities
Commitment: 1 private session per week (45–60 mins) + short daily practices

Weekly Breakdown & Outcomes:

Week 1 – Foundations of Discipline
• Activities: Self-reflection to identify areas lacking discipline, Discipline Audit worksheet
• Outcome: Awareness of current discipline gaps

Week 2 – Mindset Shift
• Activities: Fixed vs growth mindset in discipline, identify top 3 “energy drainers”, replacing one unhelpful habit with a positive action
• Outcome: Shift from “I can’t” → “I can build discipline”

Week 3 – Time Mastery
• Activities: Time-blocking, prioritization, Pomodoro technique, habit stacking, create Daily Success Routine
• Outcome: Improved time management & reduced procrastination

Week 4 – Self-Control & Delayed Gratification
• Activities: Techniques to reduce distractions, Temptation Bundling practice, one delayed gratification experiment
• Outcome: Sharpened self-control & focus

Week 5 – Building Resilient Habits
• Activities: Habit loop (cue → routine → reward), progress tracking, design 21-day habit challenge
• Outcome: Start building sustainable discipline habits

Week 6 – Integration & Discipline Roadmap
• Activities: Review progress, create Discipline Vision Board, personalized 3-month action plan
• Outcome: Consolidated discipline skills, long-term habit strategy, and a clear roadmap for consistent growth
